Jetzt aber wirklich: Im Mai 2022 kommt JoJo für Konzerte nach Deutschland
Im Oktober veröffentlichte JoJo ihr neues Projekt "Trying Not To Think About It", was in zweierlei Hinsicht ein Gewinn ist – erstens, weil man sich über 12 neue Tracks von der Sängerin freuen kann, zweitens, weil sie im kommenden Jahr auf Tour kommt und damit endlich Gelegenheit hat, ihre 2020 Corona-bedingt abgesagte Tournee nachzuholen. Erneut sind Köln und Berlin die deutschen Stationen der Reise, Tickets sind jetzt im VVK erhältlich:

Die Tour folgt auf eine Serie intimer Konzerte, die JoJo mit dem neuen Projekt in den USA spielte. "Performing live is one of my favourite parts of being an artist”, kommentiert sie in einem Statement. “It felt so right being back onstage for those dates in October, and I can’t wait to do it on a bigger scale in more cities next year!”
JoJo nennt ihre neue Sammlung von Songs ein "Capsule Project": “I was thinking of this project a 'capsule' because it really acts as a time capsule of where I was at the end of last year", so die 30-Jährige dazu. "All the songs on this body of work are representative of how depressed, anxious, negative thoughts impact us and have the potential to impact those around us as well.”
